Effective date: April 29, 2026
By accessing or using Namegrid.co (the “Service”), including the website and API, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Namegrid.co is a domain name research tool. It uses artificial intelligence to generate domain name suggestions and checks domain availability using publicly available DNS, RDAP, and WHOIS data. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
Domain availability results are best-effort estimates based on public registry data at the time of the query. A domain shown as “available” may already be registered, reserved, or otherwise unavailable by the time you attempt to purchase it. Namegrid.co does not guarantee the accuracy of availability results and is not responsible for failed registrations.
The Service does not register, reserve, or hold domain names on your behalf. To register a domain, you must use a third-party registrar of your choice.
You agree not to:
Domain name suggestions are generated by third-party AI models. Namegrid.co does not claim ownership of generated suggestions and makes no warranty that suggestions are free from trademark conflicts or other intellectual property issues. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before registering any domain.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Namegrid.co and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or domain name opportunities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
